About the Role

Our client is looking for a driven and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their fully remote HR team. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. This role is critical in supporting the company's growth by sourcing and engaging high-calibre professionals. You will operate in a fast-paced, virtual environment, utilising innovative recruitment strategies to build a strong talent pipeline and contribute to our client's success, from anywhere in the UK .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
• Utilise various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on progress and outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, with a strong track record of success.
• In-depth knowledge of various sourcing methodologies and recruitment technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in a remote recruitment environment is highly advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
