You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and enhance the employer brand. Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, from initial brief to offer acceptance.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recruitment expertise.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage candidate pipelines.
Utilize various recruitment tools and technologies, including ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's attractiveness to candidates.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably within an agency or in-house setting.
Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring for diverse roles.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
Familiarity with current recruitment trends and best practices.
