Talent & Learning Delivery Lead - Apprenticeships (Hybrid)

Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) in Swansea is seeking a Talent & Learning Delivery Manager to lead the OTL Delivery and Apprenticeship Team. The role includes line management, coordinating learning programmes, and acting as SME for learning initiatives across the Agency.

You will oversee apprenticeship onboarding, cohort scheduling, data accuracy, stakeholder communications, and continuous improvement across apprenticeship processes and systems, with hybrid working options.
