Talent Development & Learning Specialist

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Learning & Talent Development Specialist in Havant, Hampshire to support Talent Management and Organisational Development across the UK, Europe and the Middle East. You will coordinate development activities, manage learning administration and evaluate training effectiveness.

Working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, you will drive continuous improvement of learning solutions, maintain LMS records and support talent reviews.
