The opportunity

We're looking for a Talent Product Owner - AI x Functional to help shape the future of how Talent technology and AI enhance the future of employee experience across a global organisation.

This is a newly focused role created to connect and align AI-driven initiatives across Talent systems, Enterprise platforms, and supporting functions. As AI capabilities continue to evolve, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring solutions work together seamlessly, deliver a consistent employee experience, and support a unified Talent ecosystem.

You will operate at the intersection of strategy, technology, and business transformation, partnering with stakeholders across Talent and Enterprise Technology teams to identify opportunities, prioritise investments, and drive successful outcomes.

Your key responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Talent technology capabilities.
• Connect AI-related initiatives across Talent and Enterprise functions to create a joined-up employee experience.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align priorities, dependencies, and delivery plans.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve Talent processes and outcomes.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and prioritised backlogs.
• Drive governance, adoption, and continuous improvement across Talent products and services.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to inform future enhancements.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful implementation and change adoption.

Skills and attributes for success

• Strong product ownership or product management experience within complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to connect strategy, business needs, data, technology, and user experience into practical solutions.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.
• Strong understanding of AI, automation, and digital transformation opportunities in enterprise settings.
• Excellent communication, prioritisation, and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity while bringing clarity, structure, and momentum.

Ideally, you'll also

• Have experience with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, or Adobe.
• Understand Talent, HR, and employee experience technologies and processes.
• Bring experience working in global transformation or large-scale technology programmes.

The compensation ranges below are provided in order to comply with United States pay transparency laws. Other geographies will follow their local salary guidelines, which may not be a direct conversion of published US salary ranges. • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $135,700 to $268,700. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $162,900 to $305,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
• Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
• Under our flexible vacation policy, you'll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You'll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial and emotional well-being.
