You will be responsible for managing your own client caseload, preparing tax computations, and identifying tax planning opportunities. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tax returns (personal and corporate).
• Prepare detailed tax computations and advise clients on tax implications of various financial decisions.
• Identify opportunities for tax planning and relief for clients, advising on strategies to optimise tax positions.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and communicate relevant updates to clients and colleagues.
• Liaise with HMRC and other relevant authorities on behalf of clients.
• Provide guidance and support to junior members of the tax team.

Requirements

• Qualified ACA, ACCA, or CTA with a strong background in tax compliance and advisory.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a tax-focused role, preferably within a practice environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of UK tax legislation, including income tax, corporation tax, and VAT.
• Proficiency with tax software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively in a remote setting.
