Year One (September 2026 - August 2027)

Role: Cover Supervisor

Join our Sheffield school as a fully employed Cover Supervisor, gaining real classroom experience from your first day.

During your first year you will:

• Work with students across a range of subjects and year groups.
• Attend weekly professional training.
• Receive one-to-one mentoring and coaching.
• Observe experienced teachers and develop your own teaching practice.
• Build the confidence and skills needed to progress into teacher training.

Year Two (September 2027 - July 2028)

Role: Trainee Teacher
