We are recruiting on behalf of a fantastic school in Clitheroe seeking a caring and committed Teaching Assistant to support pupils across the curriculum from September.
This role would suit an experienced Teaching Assistant or someone looking to take their first step into education.
Key Duties
Support pupils in class and during interventions.
Work with individuals and small groups.
Assist teachers with lesson preparation.
Encourage pupil engagement and confidence.
Promote an inclusive and positive learning environment.
Ideal Candidate
Experience working with children or young people.
Patient, nurturing and proactive approach.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
