Complex Needs Specialist Teaching Assistant - North Liverpool

Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Complex Needs Specialist Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in North Liverpool.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a caring, patient and resilient TA who has experience supporting pupils with complex needs, autism and significant learning difficulties.

The successful candidate will be supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis, helping with learning, communication, independence and day-to-day development.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience working with complex SEN
• Has experience supporting pupils with autism and/or profound learning needs
• Is calm, patient and nurturing
• Can confidently manage challenging or unpredictable situations
• Is committed to supporting pupils to achieve their potential
• Works well as part of a specialist school team
