Location: Wirral
Pay: £95 - £100 per day (depending on experience and assignment)
Working Pattern: Full-Time, Long-Term (Part-Time positions also available)
Start Date: September 2026
Contract Type: Temporary, Temp-to-Perm & Long-Term Positions

Your New Role
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you'll support children within an EYFS setting, working closely with teachers to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Duties may include supporting pupils 1:1, assisting small groups and helping children develop socially, emotionally and academically. For this position you will need to either have transferable experience, e.g. school/care background, or a teaching assistant qualification.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Teaching Assistant/Childcare qualification or care experience
Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting
Positive, proactive and supportive approach
Strong communication skills
Ability to use your own initiative
A genuine passion for helping children learn and succeedWe believe attitude is just as important as experience. We're looking for individuals with a can-do mindset who are willing to go the extra mile to support pupils and contribute positively to school life.
