Teaching Assistant – Edenbridge
Rikama Education Ltd are currently working with an SEN school in the Edenbridge area that require an SEN Teaching Assistant that has a background of working with students with mental health conditions (desirable)
As an SEN Teaching Assistant you will be working with pupils on a 1to1 and small group basis with ASD / SLD and/or Behavioural Needs and mental health conditions (ADHD). Ideally you will have experience of working as an SEN Teaching Assistant with students and supporting learning KS,3 & 4
The school has a pupil centred approach to education, with an excellent support team and SLT as part of the extended team.
This is an excellent school with solid and supportive leadership and a great team environment.
Skills Required
- Experience of working within an Educational setting
- Experience of working with young people with SEMH, ASC, Challenging Behaviour or Disabilities.
- Enhanced DBS on the update System or be willing to get one.
