Laceby Stanford Primary Academy are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, flexible and committed Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and hard-working team. Working Hours: 8:30am - 3.20pm, Mon-Fri, Term Time Only plus 5 days.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced class based Level 2 Teaching Assistant who:

• Is an outstanding, experienced Teaching Assistant
• Is dynamic and creative in order to be able to engage, inspire and challenge all learners
• Has very high expectations of what can be achieved by delivering consistently high quality learning opportunities
• Has energy, enthusiasm and a sense of humour
• Is highly organised and flexible with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Has the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team
• Is able to follow plans and deliver 1:1 and group teaching
• Has a willingness to learn and develop existing skills
• Can demonstrate a secure subject knowledge in English and Mathematics to GCSE level to at least grade C
