Teaching Assistant Level 3 — Support Learning & Independence

Acer Academy is seeking a Teaching Assistant Level 3 to support pupils aged 11-16 with Autism and SEMH needs. The role is permanent, full-time, 36 hours per week during term time plus 5 PD days, and works under teaching and senior staff to deliver learning activities.

The post focuses on enabling access to learning across a broad curriculum, supporting pupil independence, and contributing to a trauma-informed approach to behaviour and engagement, helping pupils transition into adulthood.
