Teaching Assistant - Hereford - £14.25 per hour - Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 8:30am - 3:30pm

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting teachers with classroom activities.
• Working one-to-one and in small groups.
• Encouraging confidence and independence.
• Helping create an engaging learning environment.
• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs where required.

What We're Looking For

• A positive, caring attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliability and enthusiasm.
• Experience working with children is beneficial but not essential.
