About You
- Previous experience working with children or young people
- Experience supporting students within a school or educational setting is desirable
- Experience supporting SEN learners is advantageous
- A patient, positive and adaptable approach
- Confident supporting students both academically and pastorally
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, professional and committed to safeguarding
- Passionate about helping young people develop and achieve their potential
