We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team in Preston (PR3), Lancashire. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support children with complex needs within a fully integrated education, care, and clinical environment. You will play a vital part in helping young people aged 8 to 18 years develop essential skills for life in a nurturing and innovative setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and associated complex needs in their learning and development.
- Assisting teaching staff in delivering tailored educational programmes and activities.
- Promoting positive behaviour and creating a safe, inclusive environment for all students.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- No specific qualifications are required, but a passion for helping children reach their full potential is essential.
- Experience working with children or young people with special educational needs is desirable.
- Mandatory compliance with DBS checks and reference verification in line with government regulations and safer recruitment practices.
