We are recruiting on behalf of a fantastic school in Great Harwoodseeking a caring and committed Teaching Assistant to support pupils across the curriculum from September.
This role would suit an experienced Teaching Assistant or someone looking to take their first step into education.
- Support pupils in class and during interventions.
- Work with individuals and small groups.
- Assist teachers with lesson preparation.
- Encourage pupil engagement and confidence.
- Promote an inclusive and positive learning environment.
- Experience working with children or young people.
- Patient, nurturing and proactive approach.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
