Teaching Assistant — Supportive Primary School with CPD

Protocol Education is recruiting a dedicated Teaching Assistant for a primary school in Caterham, Surrey. The role is full-time and long-term/permanent, starting September 2026 (or sooner). Salary is competitive and dependent on experience.

You will support the class teacher with engaging lessons, work with pupils one-to-one and in small groups, and help create a safe, inclusive learning environment. Experience working with children is desirable, and a patient, flexible approach is valued.
