The Role

• Supporting pupils across the school, including those who need extra help with learning or behaviour
• Providing one:to:one and small group support in class
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom organisation
• Helping pupils stay focused, confident and engaged
• Working closely with teachers and the SEN team

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience working with children (school or SEN experience desirable)
• Calm, patient and supportive approach
• Confident supporting pupils with additional needs
• Reliable, proactive and committed
• Passionate about helping children succeed
