Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work within a range of supportive and inclusive primary and secondary schools across the Milton Keynes area. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and helping students achieve their full potential, both academically and personally.
The Role:
- Support students in the classroom on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
- Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom preparation.
- Encourage student engagement and participation in learning activities.
- Support pupils with additional learning needs, including SEN where required.
- Help maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor and record student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience working with children or young people in an educational, childcare, coaching, or support setting.
- Be patient, caring, and adaptable.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be committed to supporting students' academic and personal development.
- Have a positive and proactive approach to learning support.Hold relevant qualifications or experience (desirable but not essential).
