Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Location: Mansfield

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: £95 - £110 per day

Responsibilities

• Support students across a range of age groups, helping to meet individual needs.
• Manage behaviour and promote engagement in learning within a specialist SEND setting.
• Contribute to a calm, nurturing learning environment and support collaboration with teaching staff.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people with SEND, particularly autism.
• A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent is desirable.
• Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A patient and nurturing approach to support individual learning needs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A can-do attitude and willingness to support across different age groups.
