Job Description
Prospero Teaching are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work at a Primary School in Haverhill from September 2026. The successful candidate will be supporting across all year groups.
CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS
- Location - Haverhill, Suffolk
- Position - Teaching Assistant
- Contract or position start date - September 2026
- Duration / Likely Duration - Ongoing booking
- Contract type - Long-Term
- Full time/part time - Full time
- Minimum rate of pay - Minimum rate 90 per day
- Hours - 8:30am- 3:30pm : Mon - Fri (term time only)
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous TA experience
- GCSE English and Maths grade 'C'
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional child related references
OTHER
- Free, accredited continued professional development courses including safeguarding and behaviour management
