Teaching Assistant

The Role

The successful Teaching Assistant will work closely with pupils and teaching staff, providing classroom support and helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment. The role may involve supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small-group basis, including children with additional learning and SEND needs.

The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience working within a school or educational setting Experience supporting children with SEND is desirable Patient, caring and nurturing approach Confident supporting pupils with their learning and development Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, proactive and adaptable Passionate about making a positive difference to children's education
