Teaching Assistant

The Role

Supporting pupils in the classroom and during learning activities Providing 1:1 and small-group support where required Helping pupils develop confidence, independence and engagement Supporting positive behaviour and inclusion Working closely with teachers and the wider school team Assisting pupils with additional learning needs where required

The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience working with children or young people School-based experience is desirable SEND experience is advantageous Patient, nurturing and adaptable Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, proactive and committed to supporting pupil development
