Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of pupils with complex emotional, social, and behavioural needs? We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a specialised support centre in Cardiff.

Key Responsibilities

*

Support KS3/KS4 pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) and complex behaviour in a bespoke support centre.

*

Help pupils build self-regulation strategies to successfully return to mainstream secondary classes.

*

Work closely with subject teachers, Heads of Year and ALNco.

Requirements

*

Experience or interest in working with secondary pupils with ALN, emotional wellbeing, or behavioural needs.

*

Strong communication skills, resilience, and a patient approach.

*

Relevant Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) is desirable.

*

Active EWC registration, or willingness to register before starting.
