What will you do?

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll help pupils feel supported, confident and ready to learn.

• Supporting the teacher during lessons
• Working 1:1 or with small groups
• Supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
• Encouraging positive behaviour and independence
• Helping pupils stay engaged with their learning
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• No two days need to be the same.
