The Role

You will work closely with class teachers to support pupils with their learning, development and wellbeing.

Responsibilities may include:

• Supporting pupils with classroom activities and learning
• Working with individuals and small groups
• Providing additional support to pupils who require extra help
• Supporting classroom management
• Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Working alongside teachers and other support staff
• Supporting pupils' social and emotional development

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience working with children is desirable
• School or nursery experience would be advantageous
• A patient, caring and nurturing approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skillsn
• Reliable and adaptable
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning

Salary will be determined by the successful candidate's qualifications and relevant experience, and will be in accordance with the client's pay policy.
