We are seeking passionate individuals to support pupils across Primary and Middle School settings throughout the Trust. The Role

As a Teaching Assistant within the Codsall Multi Academy Trust Bank Staff Pool, you will:

Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons Work with individual pupils and small groups to support learning and development Help create a positive, inclusive and nurturing classroom environment Support pupils with a range of learning needs and abilities Assist with classroom preparation and learning activities Promote positive behaviour and pupil wellbeing Uphold safeguarding and school policies at all times

What We're Looking For

Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential A positive, patient and proactive approach Strong communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work effectively as part of a team A genuine passion for supporting young people's education and development Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
