You will be a key point of contact for team members and external queries, requiring excellent communication and organisational skills. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing correspondence and maintaining records.
- Organise team meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up actions.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Coordinate team travel arrangements and manage associated expenses.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the smooth running of the team's administrative functions.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external enquiries directed to the team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a team environment.
