Team Leader — Empower Lives in Supported Living

Voyage Care Ltd in Dover is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to support a dynamic team delivering person-centred care to adults with autism, brain injury, and mental health needs.

As Team Leader you will assist the Manager with day-to-day supervision, allocate shifts, induct new staff, conduct appraisals, and oversee care planning and medication administration while ensuring individuals we support gain independence and meet their goals. DBS checks will be required.
