Team Leader, Family Help - Social Care

Portsmouth City Council is seeking an experienced Team Leader – Family Help to provide operational leadership within the Family Help service. You will guide Social Workers and Lead Practitioners, ensure safe practice across early help and safeguarding, and drive service improvements.

The role requires a qualified, registered Social Worker with strong managerial skills, safeguarding expertise and commitment to restorative, trauma-informed practice.
