Team Leader - Fuels

Title: Manufacturing Team Lead

Location: Portsmouth

Salary: up to £44,000 per annum DOE

About the role:

As a manufacturing team lead you'll be responsible for managing teams of between 15 – 20 people. You'll be encouraging and developing teams skills, ensuring team KPI's are met and striving to achieve company goals.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Technical skills related to the specific manufacturing processes at the facility.
• Competent use of excel and word
• Ability to update WIP trackers using excel and writing of concessions/permits using word
• Experience in a supervisory role
• Prior experience in a manufacturing Environment

The successful candidate will need to complete a basic security clearance due to the nature of the role.
