Team Leader - Justice Services & People Leadership

HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) is seeking a Team Leader based at Nottingham Crown Court to lead a team and ensure delivery of priorities through excellent administrative support and customer service to service users, judiciary and management.

You will drive performance, manage attendance, and champion recognition while developing others and maintaining high standards of service. The role offers hybrid working with office-based time in the Nottingham area.
