Job Description
Kimal is an innovative manufacturer and distributor of customised procedure packs and vascular access devices, supporting clinical departments in more than seventy countries worldwide. Each year, we produce over two million products across a range of specialties including Cardiology, Radiology, Pacing, Laparoscopy, and Cardiac Surgery. Our pioneering central venous catheter technology is helping to reduce patient risk and improve outcomes in hospitals around the globe.
We are looking for Team Leader Support to support the Team Leader in managing our kitting team and ensuring we meet safety, quality, productivity and delivery targets.
You will help coordinate the flow of work between our Bromsgrove and Worcester sites, manage resources and stock, support team members, and deputise for the Team Leader during periods of absence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and lead Stores Operatives on a day-to-day basis.
- Maintain high standards of health & safety, quality and housekeeping.
- Coordinate work between Bromsgrove and Worcester.
- Manage stock and materials to meet production requirements.
- Support training, process reviews and continuous improvement.
- Monitor performance and ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
- Lead by example and promote a positive team environment.
