Team Leader: Supported Living & Care Excellence

Lifeways Group in Newcastle is seeking a confident Team Leader to lead a team of dedicated Support Workers within our Supported Living service. You will champion person-centred care, drive quality outcomes, and help shape outstanding services that put people first.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you’ll manage day‑to‑day operations, participate in a 24‑hour on‑call rota, and foster a positive, resilient team culture so residents can live independent, fulfilling lives with dignity.
