Team Leader - Supported Living
Location: Southend, Essex
Salary: £14.50 per hour
Hours: Flexible, including some evenings and weekends

We are recruiting for a Team Leader to join a supported living service in Southend, supporting individuals with a range of needs to live as independently and fulfillingly as possible.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Support Worker or Team Leader who is passionate about person-centred care and ready to take on greater responsibility.
The Role
You'll help oversee the day-to-day running of the service, supporting and guiding the care team while ensuring individuals receive safe, consistent and high-quality support.
Key responsibilities will include:
Leading and supporting members of the care team
Promoting independence, choice and dignity
Ensuring support is tailored to individual needs and preferences
Maintaining high standards of safeguarding and care
Supporting individuals who may display behaviours that challenge
Helping ensure regulatory requirements and procedures are followedAbout You
We're looking for someone with:
Experience supporting people with learning disabilities and autism
Experience with behaviours that challenge
Previous Team Leader or Senior Support Worker experience
Good knowledge of safeguarding and care regulations
Strong communication and leadership skills
A full UK driving licence
