Technology & Engineering Division Senior Advisor. Work on a leading SaaS platform used by global brands. Tackle complex client queries, debug front-end code, and deliver outstanding support. Hybrid: 50% onsite, 50% remote.

Location: Staines – just 50 mins from Central London & close to Reading

Salary: £41,000 + Hybrid flexibility

What you’ll do

• Own technical issues from ticket to resolution, ensuring clients get fast, clear answers.
• Debug front-end code, investigate web stack issues, and work closely with other tech teams when needed.
• Support SaaS platform customers with a mix of technical skill, clear communication, and genuine customer care.

What you’ll bring

• 2–4+ years’ experience in technical support, helpdesk, or engineering, ideally with SaaS products.
• Experience supporting customers via a ticketing system.
• Great communication skills and a knack for breaking down complex issues simply.
• Work with a world-class SaaS platform used by the biggest names in business.
• Hybrid flexibility: 50% onsite in modern Staines office, easy commute from London or Reading.
