This is a highly visible Technical Analyst role. you'll be at the centre of business and technology. Building strong stakeholder relationships. Identifying opportunities for improvement.
Driving adoption of business applications. Delivering real business value.
you'll act as the bridge between operational teams, technology functions and external suppliers. Turning business needs into practical solutions.
The role
- Build trusted relationships across the business.
- Become the go-to expert for key business applications.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and user experience.
- Develop and maintain application roadmaps with stakeholders.
- Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and support business process reviews.
- Drive adoption of application functionality, including AI-enabled features.
- Manage application releases and coordinate testing activities.
- Oversee development, test and production environments.
- Coordinate supplier support and ensure issues are resolved effectively.
- Maintain application backlogs and prioritise delivery based on business value.
- Support data integrity, reporting and governance.
- Ensure security controls, access management and data retention requirements are met.
- Experience in a Technical Analyst, Application Analyst or similar role.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical outcomes.
- Experience managing business applications and application releases.
- Knowledge of backlog management and continuous improvement practices.
- Comfortable working with suppliers and third-party support teams.
- Strong communication and workshop facilitation skills.
- A proactive approach with the confidence to challenge and influence.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Someone who enjoys building relationships and driving positive change.
- Highly visible role with significant business exposure.
