Technical & Support Officer – Hybrid & Service Improvement

Durham County Council in Spennymoor, Durham, is seeking two Technical & Support Officers to support critical systems, deliver specialist training and provide expert technical support across Revenues and Benefits and Financial Services.

You will work in a fast-paced team, testing enhancements, improving service efficiency and aiding business change initiatives. Prior experience in Revenues and Benefits is desirable, with a focus on ICT fluency and customer service.
