Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed technical solutions and construction information for architectural projects.
• Ensure designs comply with UK Building Regulations, planning policies, and technical standards.
• Review and approve construction drawings and specifications from contractors.
• Collaborate with engineering consultants to integrate building services effectively.
• Undertake site inspections and provide technical support during the construction phase.
• Manage and coordinate BIM models and technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist with significant technical experience.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and UK Building Regulations.
• Proficiency in Revit , AutoCAD, and other relevant technical software.
• Strong understanding of contract administration and site supervision.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
