Technical Assistant | Beverage Manufacturing
Looking to develop your technical career within the drinks industry?
I'm working with an innovative beverage manufacturer seeking a Technical Assistant to support their Technical Manager across food safety, quality, compliance and supplier management activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- HACCP, TACCP & VACCP support
- Supplier approval & ingredient compliance
- Internal, customer & third-party audits
- BRCGS, GMP & food safety compliance
- Specifications, artwork & label reviews
- CAPA investigations & technical documentation
- Supporting NPD and continuous improvement projects
- QA cover when required
What we're looking for:
- Experience within alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic beverage manufacturing
- HACCP Level 3+ qualification
- Internal Auditor qualification
- Knowledge of BRCGS, GMP, food legislation and beverage labelling requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
