Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission new equipment and systems according to project plans.
• Perform diagnostics and resolve technical faults during and after installation.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of installed systems to ensure functionality.
• Provide on-site training and support to end-users on system operation.
• Document all installation activities, including technical configurations and user feedback.
• Maintain and repair existing equipment as part of a scheduled maintenance program.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in technical installation and maintenance roles.
• Solid knowledge of relevant hardware, software, and networking principles.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanour.
• Flexibility to travel for on-site work in and around Coventry and potentially further afield.
