This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded construction professional who enjoys working with detailed information, drawings and specifications and wants to play a key role during the pre-construction stage of projects. The Role Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Technical Manager to join their office-based team. The role will sit between the client and design functions, ensuring complex enquiry information is fully understood, technically assessed and translated into clear requirements for the design and delivery teams. You will spend a significant amount of time reviewing architectural drawings, technical specifications and CAD information, so the ability to work through detailed technical documentation with a high level of accuracy is essential.
