Engineering Technician / Technical Operator

Looking for a hands-on engineering role where you'll be part of a close-knit team and have the opportunity to develop your technical skills?
We're recruiting for an Engineering Technician to join a well-established pharmaceutical manufacturer. This mechanically focused role will see you supporting a range of production equipment including filling, capping, sealing, conveyor and packaging machinery.
You'll be involved in machine set-ups, product changeovers, basic fault finding, equipment adjustments, cleaning and ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently.
What we're looking for
- Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, food, pharmaceutical or packaging environments
- Mechanically minded with hands‑on engineering or technical experience
- Engineering qualification beneficial but not essential
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
