Technical Project Lead – Property Development

Kingsford Property Development Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to oversee the technical and design coordination of our property development projects in the United Kingdom.

You will work with consultants, contractors and authorities to ensure compliance with design objectives, quality standards, budget and schedule. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Engineering and at least 10 years of relevant experience in development or construction.
