About the Role

Our client, a dynamic recruitment consultancy based in Norwich , is seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to focus on the rapidly evolving technology market. This role is essential for sourcing and attracting top-tier IT professionals, including developers, engineers, analysts, and project managers, for their diverse client base. You will leverage your expertise in technical sourcing, candidate engagement, and market knowledge to build strong talent pipelines and ensure successful placements. This hybrid role offers a balanced approach, combining focused remote work with collaborative office-based engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates for a variety of technical roles using advanced search techniques and platforms.
• Screen candidates through in-depth interviews, assessing technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent for current and future client requirements.
• Partner closely with Account Managers and Recruitment Consultants to understand technical vacancy needs.
• Manage candidate relationships, ensuring a positive and transparent recruitment experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or within IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of various technology stacks, programming languages, and IT roles.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, networking, and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
