Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment, ideally with a focus on the technology sector .
• Strong understanding of various programming languages, software development methodologies, and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid working model, balancing office and remote tasks.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools.
