Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a range of technical roles, including software engineering, IT support, and data science.
• Develop a deep understanding of client technical requirements and company cultures.
• Utilise advanced sourcing techniques and leverage your network to identify niche technical talent.
• Manage the entire recruitment process for technical roles, from initial engagement to offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates in the technology sector.
• Stay updated on current technology trends and market demands.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role with a tech focus.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry terminology.
• Excellent candidate sourcing and assessment skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Ability to work effectively and autonomously in a remote environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
