A Technical Sales Engineer opportunity has emerged at a fast-growing AI startup redefining how voice agents are built and tested at scale. Could this be the opportunity for you to build a sales cycle from the ground up?
The Role
The Technical Sales Engineer will own the entire customer journey, from generating outbound pipeline through to close and early-stage expansion. This means conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations directly with CTOs, VP-level AI leaders, and engineering teams.
You will build and iterate on repeatable playbooks and outbound systems that future team members can inherit and grow, while leveraging AI-native tooling to sharpen and accelerate prospecting activity.
Base salary to £110,000 plus commission and equity stake.

The role is based in London, with around 20% travel for conferences and customer visits
What experience does the Technical Sales Engineer need?
Strong experience in a B2B customer-facing capacity spanning the full cycle, whether in technical sales, startup operations, or a founder-led GTM function
Genuine enthusiasm for learning and applying AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, Apollo, and MCPs in day-to-day work
The ability to contribute independently from an early stage
Strong first-principles thinking and the drive to own outcomes at every stage, from cold outbound through to close and onboarding
