High performance Coatings Remote working with UK & International Travel Our client is a market leader in high-performance aerospace, transport and industrial coatings. Were searching for a commercially driven, technically confident Technical Sales Specialist to accelerate growth, develop partnerships and help to shape future product innovation. This is a high-impact role for a proven technical and commercial professional who thrives in complex, regulated environments and enjoys working closely with the complete coatings value chain including OEM and MRO. Key Responsibilities Drive revenue, margin and market growth across aerospace, transport and industrial coating sectors.

Own and expand key accounts, building long-term strategic relationships.

Identify and convert new business opportunities and applications.

Provide first-line technical support, interpreting specifications and advising on coating systems, application and standards.

Support trials, approvals, demonstrations and new product/application development.

Lead proposals, tenders, pricing and commercial negotiations.

Represent the company at global exhibitions, conferences and customer events.

Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts and market intelligence.

Essential Skills Background in formulation, or the application techniques for high performance technical coatings

A track record in technical sales, business development or key account management within the industry.

Confident communicator able to engage technical, commercial and regulatory stakeholders.

Good industrial experience

Awareness of export controls, quality systems and compliance

Willingness to travel across the UK and internationally around 60% of the time to manage complex customer programmes.

Hold a full UK driving license

Have the right to work in the UK. Our client is unable to support or sponsor visa applications
